Grail Central sells collectible Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including but not limited to Pokémon TCG singles, graded cards, slabs, sealed products, and accessories.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders where stock errors, pricing issues, or other unforeseen circumstances occur.

Product Condition & Descriptions

We aim to accurately describe and photograph all products. However, minor variations in packaging, print quality, centering, grading cases, or manufacturer imperfections may occur.

For single cards and graded items, customers are responsible for reviewing product photos and descriptions before purchasing.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Orders & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it may not be cancelled once it has been packed or shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, payment issues, or misuse of promotions.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors.

Once an order has been dispatched, Grail Central is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers, though we will assist where possible.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final unless required by Australian Consumer Law or where an item is incorrect, damaged, or not as described.
