Refund Policy
At Grail Central, all sales are considered final due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including but not limited to Pokémon TCG items.
This includes:
- Single Cards
- Graded Cards / Slabs
- Sealed Products (booster boxes, packs, tins, ETBs, collections, etc.)
- Accessories and related merchandise
Because product values can fluctuate, sealed items can be tampered with, and card condition is subjective, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer preference.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the packaging and items received
- A description of the issue
We will review each case individually and work with you to provide a fair resolution where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and the order has been packed or shipped.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched. However, we will assist where possible with claims or investigations.
